Beach House | Barclay + Crousse | B House | Cañete ,Peru
The steep slope of the site, located between the access road and the beach 9 meters below, makes this a unique project. The house consists of three independent levels linked by an external staircase that connects the car access at the upper level with the access to the beach. The functional program proposes a vertical autonomy, with the parents inhabiting the upper level and the children the lower one, with both levels linked by the social spaces.
