This project was developed for an artist with a twofold program: home and studio, to be resolved spatially together and functionally separate.
It was built in a corner of land highly inclined, with 10 meters measured between high and low points.
The land fronting quiet streets and wooded area, in a large corner
and a broad view of the valley of the Rio Tiete, the Main River city of São Paulo
A building designed as follows essentially simple, crude, in its
constitution. But it is sweetened by delicate adjustment of the elements of construction
