Mews Houses, Waterloo Lane, Dublin | Grafton architects







The site is located to the rear of Leeson Street, Dublin. On a restricted inner city site measuring 10m by 30m, the project consists of two 160sqm, three bedroom houses. The houses were designed as having an open plan ground floor, above which the sleeping accommodation hangs, leaving voids between the rooms to light the living areas below.
